About this Event

Join us for our NEW leadership skills workshop, geared toward NEW and aspiring leaders! In this immersive workshop, participants will engage in hands-on activities, including role-playing scenarios and in-depth case studies, designed to simulate real-world leadership situations. Just as a skilled sailor must learn to adjust their course in response to changing conditions, participants will learn to adapt their leadership style to various challenges and contexts. Participants will emerge with a deeper understanding of their own leadership strengths and areas for development, ready to navigate the waters of leadership with confidence and skill.
